Hangry Ohana

Ordered and payed for food online at 6:45pm on a Wednesday night. I showed up and they were closed. Doors locked no one in sight even the sign on the door said open. I hope I get my money back!

Closed! We ordered food since online from them and nothing on their site or when ordering suggested they are closed. Got there to pick up our food and they were closed. No sign or anything saying they are closed. From the looks of it, they look closed for awhile.

The guy with the long hair sucked. I took my order and he barely listened. I had to repeat myself a few times because he was high as a kite. I hate going to restaurants when people are on drugs on the job. I suggest you fire the guy and hire someone more responsible. Everything else sucked the food was store bought the beef was hard to chew. It was all bad.

I came to Parker, CO about four years ago and my niece brought us to your fabulous restaurant! We loved the bacon fried rice! Best fried rice ever! We are there 3 out of 6 meals during our short visit. We came back to Parker again to visit family, so so so disappointed when we showed up today to your newer location to find it closed! It’s a long way to come and seriously one of our top reasons was your wonderful food. Our loss for sure!

Food wasn’t good. The front counter person was more interested in their phone than helping new customers find something to eat. I had never been before and I love shrimp. I didn’t even see shrimp on the menu till he walked away and I started reading the wall of food. So I settled for something that was $4. He could have sold me on the $15 Garlic shrimp, had he asked me a question on some meat I enjoy eating or been acting like he cared in anyway. Don’t want to be there quit. I’d love to work there. Heh. The person that brought our food out should cover his open cuts on his arm so I didn’t see that when he brought the food to our table. He was nice but gosh that turned my stomach. And someone should have stopped my husband from trying to use the bathroom. It was broken and stunk up the hallway. You should just tell people your bathroom is out of service. It was just a horrible first time experience and now we don’t ever wanna go back. Maybe a different location who’s be better. But I’ve lost faith in this place. Which is sad. If you are friendly and try being helpful my family is very easy to please. I tip well and I know how hard working hourly jobs are. So when you make my family feel we bothered you by eating at your restaurant we don’t bother to go back.

There food is amazing. But they're customers service is atrocious.

The food is disgusting and overpriced. The dining area is gross, I left after eating 3 bites and threw my food in the trash.
