Fuji Hibachi & Sushi Restaurant

Absolutely wonderful service, my husband and i were happy with everything especially a cook that made our hibachi whom had very welcoming and pleasant smile while talking to us. It's wonderful to go to place were you know you will be welcomed. Thank you and we will be back!

My wife had a bento box, and I had the sashimi. The fish was super fresh and everything was delicious. There was a family there at one of the hibachi tables having a great time. The wait staff were friendly and did a great job. The only thing that I didn't care for was the 20% service charge that they added to the bill. I usually tip that much for good service but don't appreciate being charged that much. That being said I will be back but will be asking about the service charge.

Excellent service. Henry was one of the best chefs I have had at any tepanyaki restaurant. Their mustard sauce was better than other places as well.

Stood at the door waiting to be seated for 20 min completely ignored. Walked out to find a sushi place that values their customer.

Voted best Hibachi in Denver for a reason! We made a reservation for 10 people which was no problem for them - we were seated within 10 minutes of arriving and all sat at the same hibachi table. We had Zach as our chef for the night - he was fantastic! The food was great and typical of a classic hibachi experience. You get noodles AND rice here, and they had some really good hot sauce that you can ask for. We had a birthday in the group and they gave us a piece of cheesecake for free! Definitely recommend coming here if you are craving hibachi!

Have been here 2x now and have had such great experiences. The food is delicious and the chefs provided some good entertainment.
