I dont normally review places… but ive been here, multiple times .. tonight takes the CAKE, NEVER will i come here ever again, not only did they try ti short me a side and my wife a side, they SPILLED ORLEANS SAUCE ALL OVER MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, getting it all over her eyes, which is super spicy. The waiter who did it set down the plate and walked away just leaving it up to his manager. The manager proceeded to give my daughter a towel and once my daughter had finally stopped screaming they finallt started to attend to us and give us actual decent service. We were never given utensils either we had to ask a bus boy for them. Almost no compensation was offered until we confronted the manager about the issue. Will never go back again, half shell will always be the trashiest most over priced mediocre establishment i have ever been to, and that says alot living in mobile alabama. Go to wentzells or oyster house before you ever come here. I can gaurentee you the other restaurants that actually uphold their business name with integrity will treat you way better than half shell ever could.
