We had a friend from out of town visit and we took them here, Kyle and Molly made it an exceptional time. Had us laughing the entire time. Food was fantastic, brisket is amazing.
Went for the eclipse. Stayed for the amazing food. The nachos are big enough to share. I ordered extra meat for the top to try other meats. Had the pork and brisket l. Both juicey and tender. The chip, meat, and condiments were perfect ratio. The pretzel was our starter. Good sharing size. Dips were nice and fresh with bold flavors. Parking: To parking lots and street parking. We went when very busy. Some parking was a challenge.
Got the family platter takeout option and it didn't disappoint. They have a killer bourbon selection and loved being able to attend a Naptown Bourbon Club event here. Looking forward to coming back.
First off I want to say that our server Carissa was absolutely amazing! She was extremely attentive to her needs, and honestly hands-down, the saving grace to our meal. We drove down from Noblesville to try something different. I wish I would’ve saved my money… We got a variety of things because we wanted to try a few different things and we smoked wings, Because they were out of Burnt ends, And a hot fried chicken. For the sides, we got tater tots, Macaroni and cheese, And mashed potatoes. Originally, we had two of those replaced with cornbread and corn cake, but they were out. When the food arrived the mashed potatoes got there five minutes before the food did. They had some flavor to them and they weren’t bad. Let’s talk about the food though.. Do not order that hot fried chicken is nothing but fried chicken! There is no seasoning on it whatsoever and no spice! I’ve tasted oatmeal that was spicier. The brisket was dry. You can tell they sliced it when they came to the table. It was not even warm. Brisket should be freshly sliced… it was very dry, and it was almost like having a dry sponge in your mouth. I noticed several other tables had brisket, and it looked exactly the same. The smoked wings were not bad. They had good flavor to them; a little dry. As somebody who barbecues himself at home, these were definitely left on too long and should’ve been kept in a steam table. The sides tater tots were well seasoned. They were not bad. Nothing exciting about them, but it’s tater tots. macaroni and cheese was bland with no seasoning and really runny. The mashed potatoes did have some seasoning to them, and they were actually one of the better things to eat. It is a great atmosphere Great service just the food needs worked on.
Best Sunday buffet ever ! Both Mother’s Day and Easter buffet were great!
The best dog friendly patio we have been too. Food was excellent, service attentive and dogs very welcome.
Food was great! I ordered the Reuben Bowl. Service was a bit slow, but we sat outside and the weather was gorgeous so they were busy. Staff were friendly. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free & vegetarian options easily identified on the menu.
