Great food, great service, great place

The cooks and cashier are always helpful. The waitresses are not always friendly. I was reading a menu at the counter, and the waitress put a menu right over what I was reading. Only bad experience.

Very slow took an hour to get my food fish was burnt

I've lived in Huntsville 14 years and never been to this spot. Great food, would recommend.

Had a horrible second experience. Do not come to this restaurant and spend your hard earned money. The staff is rude and unruly. We waited over an hour for our food that we never received and our server “Mo” told us we could leave as we inquired about the status of our food. People who sat down after us received their order before us. When we first arrived we waited for menus. Once we received menus we waited another 20mins before “Mo” came over to assist and take orders. I let him know that I needed to place a Togo order and he never came back to take my order. We never received our food and this place lacks hospitality. I’ve been to this establishment before for a takeout order and that was much better. If you cannot pay personnel, if you cannot invest in proper customer service training and if you don’t have the equipment to run a business then, DON’T. I’ll never visit this establishment again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that wants to be treated fairly or like you’re a paying customer.

Food was excellent as usual.

The service from Mr. Mo was horrible! Let me start with it took 25 mins for someone to greet the table! Then another 30 mins to get the order taken. After the order was taken it took 20 mins to get drinks unacceptable! After being there 1.5 hrs we asked how much longer on food he replied BABY YALL CAN GO BYE! Mind you a table that sat after us was greeted before and received their food . I will never return here. The food taste was good but I advise the owner to get new people for customer service. That will be the downfall of your business!
