Grindhouse Killer Burgers

Waited 40 minutes for my food (an impossible burger and I paid extra for avocado, with sweet potato fries…not complicated), and had to finally go up and ask. They lost the order, but made it. By the time I got it I had to run to get my flight as it was boarding, and when I finally opened the bag, the order was wrong. It was a regular party, no avocado, and sopping wet. It was too late to run back and correct.

The burgers are the best. I really enjoyed the French fry onion ring combo.

Completely screwed up my order, and then we’re unfriendly about making it right. Average burger at airport prices with a single onion on it. I won’t be back.

Incredibly slow. I was waiting for 20 mins for a burger and fries and had to run to my plane before gate close *without* my food. Single slowest airport food place I have been to

This place is terrible. Completely disorganized, it took them 15 minutes to even look at my order and I was the only customer. I watched the cooks sitting in the kitchen eating fries in their gloves and then going back to work without changing or washing them. They yelled at every single customer too. Overall rude and unclean

Only thing better than the food was the awesome bartender! Worth the trip to terminal T!

If you have at least 20 minutes to wait for your order, then you might consider this place. The cooks really took their time making the food. It tasted pretty good, but the wait was horrendous. The service was basically a lady putting your burgers into a bag and calling out your number. Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily take a wheelchair up to the counter to order via their touchscreen menu.

Some of the best food in the airport. Burger was fresh, toppings were fresh. Didn't take too long. I got the "build your own burger", added avocado at the end and it was much better than expected from an airport burger joint.

Had a fantastic experience, food was good and bartender Chris was awesome and hospitality should be his middle name.

Good burger place with a vegetarian option. Was impressed with the impossible patty.
