Grand Hacienda

A disappointment. The restaurant looks great, clean with beautiful Mexican style artwork. We were seated quickly and the hostess was lovely The service was sub par. Our server was low energy, simply dropped plates without asking if we needed anything else, he did not warn of hot plates and was mostly absent. We ultimately asked another server to go find him. The street corn was cold and so salty it was inedible. The guacamole and chips were very good. The chimichanga was served lukewarm, the filling was basic, just ground beef and nothing else. The steak fajitas were burnt and the grilled onions had dry skin pieces.

Went in to make a Togo order. And I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while employees walked by me and stood at the register in the back. Never once came to talk to me or ask me if I needed anything. Left without ordering.

Outstanding food and service. We enjoy dining here and will continue to highly recommend.

Poor service, do you need to ask for refills for water twice? The pork (?) In the fajitas bordered between burnt and overcooked. And the choice of refried beans or black beans was totallyignored..learn to ask. Also, there was sour cream, guacamole and a puny amount of pico de gallo. The pork fajitas could use some grated cheese.. The pork tacos needed help, , overcooked and dry, they needed help..salsa? guacamole, something to wet it to make it palatable. Also more refried beans, learn to ask the patron their choice. Service was so slow, and yes there were 6 of us but the place was not overflowing with people..not even close..and they are opening one in Carrollwood, we will try to avoid it. Parking: Not an issue

Uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos, amamos las margaritas jumbo frozen y la comida. Excelente servicio Al cliente ya de tanto que vamos nos tratan como parte de la familia. Lo recomiendo 100%
