1/Mar/24 Update: I’ve admittedly come less frequently as the service is subpar: slow and lukewarm. On my most recent visit with a friend, I was disappointed to learn they were out of boba. Consistent with my first post, I stayed for the fresh taro. The most jarring part of the visit was the decor changes. What was once a chill cafe vibe with natural light, has becomes a high-fluorescent carnival exhibit with squishsamelons. I’m sensitive to light and if I hadn’t had a friend with me to whom I sung their praises, I would have left. New management? My first love for boba in San Diego! If you’re a taro fan, fresh taro blended into a creamy smoothie can’t be beat! A classic made fresh and absotively delicious. Every now and then some of the staff may not be very good with people, but the fresh taro keeps me coming back when I have a hankering.
Besides the satisfying boba drink, the owners are super nice!
Nice hidden gem in San Diego for Vietnamese Coffee. Tastes great and amazing customer service. I highly recommend.
Been going here for a while now, kind of a hidden gem because of its location but it’s every bit as good as the other popular boba shops around Convoy. Their fruit tea is always on point and I’d definitely recommend the honey kumquat.
Great service by John and Vivian. Friendly and completed my order fast. Highly recommend coming here to enjoy the drinks and to hangout with friends. Will be back again!
