Perhaps you are from Tampa and you remember the Goody Goody of you childhood? It may be best to keep those memories golden rather than make new ones. The food is fine. Some things are good. The service stinks, often. Been many times over the years, it just always feels like not a great experience - as though I am inconveniencing the staff by coming in. When I am looking for burgers and shakes, I will not be coming back.
Burger was great as was the atmosphere. Great for people watching outside. Service was good but slow
One of the best restaraunt burgers I've had in a LONG time. We went during lunch time and service was quick, food was fresh, and the restaraunt was clean. Staff was friendly and overall an awesome experience. Will definitely come back.
Called multiple times over 15 minutes trying to place a to-go order. When I walked in with the phone still ringing, there were 10+ staff and only one occupied table, with no one paying attention to the very audible phone. This is how you lose orders, recurring business and local customers. If I were the owner I’d be seriously concerned about this laissez-faire approach to actually trying to ensure the business runs cleanly till close.
First time to Goody Goody Burger. Visiting while on vacation, we stopped in and were warmly greeted by staff. After placing our order, we patiently waited for our food. Brian, the assistant manager came over and gave us some tips on local places to go and things to do. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did encounter a small problem with our order, which was promptly resolved. The burger was good, although a bit bland, and I asked for loaded fries sans bacon, and still saw some on the fries. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. We had a great experience, and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!
This place was a little bit expensive for the amount of food that you get. The desserts are great. The burger was good, but like I said, it was smaller than when what I was anticipating for the price.
