Gong Cha was better than this. I got the taro milk tea, and it tasted like powder, which made the bubbles taste funny. When you bite into them, the texture is not pleasant. I would not come back for taro milk tea.
I visited this outlet recently and had a negative experience. The employees were not able to prepare the orders quickly and I ended up waiting 15 mins for the drink. What I disliked even more was that they were running low on boba pearls and they gave less than half the amount of pearls that are generally given. I generally like gong cha but I'm not looking forward to visiting this outlet anytime soon.
I love gongcha, this service here is so speedy and good! I loved it so much while I was visiting, I’m pretty sure I had it each day I was there! I’d def recommend grabbing one and taking a walk down the strip and enjoy that boba
Great drinks, oreo slushy was a bit watered down but otherwise really good. Sad that there wasn't anymore gingerbread men left but I guess it's not their fault there's a limited stock. Would recommend. Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs to enter store, not suitable for wheelchair users and people with strollers.
Very friendly and helpful service. The flavors are great and the boba has the texture that you want and expect. The prices are not as high as some other bubble tea places nearby. Also, the straws are biodegradable which is safe for the environment. By far my favorite Bubble Tea place in Boston.
Slow, no AC in the shop and took more than 20 minutes for a one-drink order.
Friendly staff and are always available for questions about the their menu. Reasonable prices and they always get my drink just right. The Dirty Brown Suga Milk Tea w/extra bubble is my go to and highly recommended. Unlike most tea shops on Newbury, they are by far the most Consistent. Love the Kpop music as well
