I’ve gone a few times and they seem very bad at wrapping burritos (not completely wrapped in tin foil and ingredients falling out)
Its a chipotle like any other. Consistently ok food at relatively cheap prices.
Every time I order Chipotle I hope I am not disappointed yet again. Do not order dinner delivery unless you want to get in at breakfast time and cold. Get more help. Pay employees a better wage to do it or just close down because like me you will just keep losing customers. Soooo frustrating! I am now going on and hour and a half and keep getting delayed messages. It’s not once, it’s a chronic issue but shame on me for hoping for the best!
My online order was 55 minutes late and still not ready. After checking in with them 3 times, and each time being told another 15 minutes more, I asked if they could just cancel it since I was just told again that there were another 5 orders ahead of mine and another 20 minutes wait at least, the lady working on online orders rudely told me to do it so myself online. But guess what, Chipotle's website has no way of canceling any order without "Contact Support", which leads to nowhere and one is stuck in an endless loop. Calling the store directly led to the same lady picking up the phone and hanging up on me right away. How nice!!
Fully, realizing that I may sound like an old person, which I am not, but the music is way too loud. It’s a restaurant not a nightclub. My coworker and I could not even hear each other as we were standing there waiting for food. We did a Web order for a late afternoon pick up. They were 10 minutes late over the pick up time though the place was pretty empty. Just nobody was monitoring the screen.
Not sure why but of all the times I go to this location I’m served like a child. They are so stingy with the portions here. One time I was desperate enough and paid like 4-5 extra dollars for “double protein” and that essentially brought the burrito to a regular size but for +$15. I went to another location and they were much better with it.
Terrible service at this Chipotle. One server added salsa I didn’t want and when I pointed it out she tried to pick it out with her fingers. When I asked for a new bowl, she gave me the skimpiest portions imaginable
