Terrible service. Refused to make drink because closing in half an hour…go next door instead to another boba store with friendlier service.

If I could put 0 Stars I would, Rude customer service for absolutely no reason. Didnt want to make my drink because it was “close to closing” Shame on this establishment bad look for the GongCha’s all around.

I went at 10:30pm, and ordered a peach slush. They guy at the counter tells me he won’t make it because it’s close to closing … What time do I have to come to grab a slush drink … they must not realize that there are seven other options for boba on the same street .. won’t be back

Zhang Haoxuan’s work was magnificent today. Very happy to see him working today it made my sad day.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customers service. The drink tasted weird and I got attitude when I told the employees that it was off and ask for another drink. The drinks are over priced anyways. Just terrible.

The workers here were too busy flirting with each other and assigning my order to each other saying “no you do it.” 12-15 minute wait just to get an incorrectly made slush. One star.

Very well standard bubble tea. You won’t be disappointed in the flavor here.
