Good experience!!

I came there at about 2.30 pm I ask a dark skin girl if they have lunch special ,her reply it's end at 3 pm but I see the attitude on her face because I guess they treat who they used to better than others,after I order my meal I realize she walk off without putting the plantain in my plate so I jokingly ask her where is my plantain her reply mi no hav nun now with a angry face I said to her it was her duty to say to me we are out of plantain at the moment her reply so u no wa di food I said to her cash mi out ,her fellow team members 2 ladies instead of saying we apologize they were adding to the insult of me laughing and saying a only a piece of plantain and she no use to me,so am asking is a business a use to plac?

The food is good and nice portions, but service could be better

There was a bone or piece of wood in my veggie patty. I attempted to go back for a refund. Employee tried to argue with me (she said they didn’t make the patties). She said it’s a veggie patty, I asked if it’s expected to have wood in a veggie patty and she just said they didn’t make it. I said I wasn’t trying to argue and just wanted my money back, she said she couldn’t offer a refund and I’d have to come back for a manager. Didn’t even give me a time. Wasn’t empathetic, didn’t offer to swap out for anything else (I would’ve declined anyway but that’s customer service 101, trying to resolve the problem). The experience was terrible and how they handled the situation was just wrong and upsetting. Update: this is the third time I visited to get my money back. I was told the manager would be there after there. I show up at 7:30. Employee tells me he came and left. I am at a loss for words. I was told to come back tomorrow. No specific time, no hey let me get your information so my manager can get back to you, nothing. I’m done wasting my time. Vegetarian options: Veggie patties and curry chickpeas

On Monday March 18th, about 5:30 I went in and ordered an oxtail dinner. I wanted to order the meal but in separate plates; would you not believe that I'd have to pay for the meat as weighed, then the rice, then the other things. But Lisa, served me with compassion and showed me how to order my meal and saved me money. I joked with her that she wasn't good at sales. All in all a wonderful experience. The jog road store. Worth the visit if you haven't yet.
