Terrible customer service

The absolute worst Golden Krust I ever been to! Oxtails tasted spoiled, cabbage bland, gravy weird. Great customer service tho!

Typically I come here and it's good service. Now today I went roughly 30 minutes ago. I ordered a small and a large rice and peas. Typically when I go it's $5 and some change. Today I paid $12 and some change for both trays. Small was $4.99 and large was $5.99. The problem comes in when both plates are exactly the same. I asked for the small first which is the pic on the left and a large which is the pic on the right. Not to mention I asked for the second plate and told her a large after she fixed and completed the first plate. I'm upset because at this point they are doing what they want to do. There can't be any real training. I didn't mention the portion size then because I know that after everything was said and done I would have asked for my refund and left the food. But I've been hearing different things about this location and I didn't listen because I personally haven't had a bad experience until now. It's convenient for me which is why I go to that location. Now I won't go again.

The chef and that young lady is phenomenal , I always wanted to come here everytime I come to Fort Lauderdale , I suggest everyone check out this Restaurant . The food is Superb and The Service is Great . I’ll Definitely Will Be Back Chef and her team . Thank you for making my day #

Over priced and food is that good at all

My experience here every time I go here has always been horrible. This lady asked who’s next I told her I was next then she continued to go on her phone and handle some type of business business. I don’t know what like I’m on a lunch break I need my food so I can go back to the job, always taking their time and always with a rude attitude. Food is not fresh I will not be going to this location or any other location. It seems that no matter what Jamaican restaurant you go to they treat you like they’re above you and you are a nuisance and that’s terrible customer service you can keep your dry food and filthy attitude y’all need to work on making it fresh before somebody gets sick out here First bite threw away my food. Disgusting not fresh. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Every time I fly in, this is the first place I stop for some good food. The selection is good, food is nice and hot, prices are reasonable. Great place. Wheelchair accessibility: Two reserved parking spaces

i had the fried chicken with Cabbage and plantains the chicken was cold i wont order that again

Love the food and customer friendly staff. This is my go to Jamaican restaurant in Broward. Located right off the I95 Broward Blvd exit in Riverbend Walmart plaza. Check them out.
