Amazing South African food. I don't have anything to compare it to but the flavors were great. We tried 4 different things and loved all of them. Malva pudding was out of this world and Lamb Bunny was so delicious, I can eat it every day. We ordered it spicy but there are options for the heat level depending on your preference. There is a little store inside, so if you liked what you are you can get some of it from there. Great little neighborhood place with variety of food and we will be definitely coming back to try the breakfast items.

I will NEVER go back here. I have to say that it took me a while to write this review but I want everyone to know what happens here. I am not sure if I was treated how I was treated because of race or what, but the lady who works the cash register was unbelievably rude to me. When she wasn’t chastising the young waitress she was essentially spitting venom at me. I made an order that the waitress heard wrong, as a result when I came to pick up the order it was wrong and I didn’t need everything present. The South African lady started saying awful things under her breath and basically threw the receipt at me. I was so shocked. I’ve never had someone be rude to my face in a store. When i walked out I heard her mumble something in Afrikaans. I am not sure what her problem was but i can guarantee that I will NEVER step foot in here again. Their prices are higher than the other South African store but they give you much less. Never again! Work on your customer service. The man who i think is also an owner is always so gracious and kind, I will say that.

Excellent customer service we were welcomed and greeted in Afrikaans and made to feel at home. The entire team went out of their way to answer questions and make recommendations. We could not believe our luck. We drove from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the biltong platter and perri perri chicken livers as well as some local South African beverages. The best biltong we have tasted in years. We left with biltong, boerewors and dry wors. Thank you Dutchy’s for giving us a tiny slice of home it’s been more than 10 years since we had South African fair we are surely going to be back on our next visit to Miami from the Bahamas.

Dutchy's is the place to be, well it wasn't my first time there, but was the first me and my husband ate there and thier food was amazing and so yummy, I'm a South African and having the feeling being at Dutchy's made it felt like home My husband is American and he said that we South Africans are the nicest people, it's such an honor to have him to my South African vibes soon he get into the real vibes in South Africa Thank you Dutchy's and team of a warm visit and hospitality for a good time.
