Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

My experience has always been amazing, both in person and online. This is my favorite restaurant. Paul has been doing an amazing and excellent job. He takes his time to go to the limit in making sure his customers are happy and meals are prepared how we requested. They are trustworthy and I thank God I have somewhere I don’t have to ever be concerned about when ordering online. Keep up the good work PAUL….

Good for neighborhood

Golden Krust food is delicious, and you get a lot for your money, got customer service.

Food was very good and everyone working was very jovial and pleasant...the only downside was the meats were fatty as if they don't trim or clean the meat ... Guess you can't choose perfection when eating out... otherwise very tasty curry goat and oxtail!

Weds chef always burn up the fry dumplings and the curry goat use to be on point not so much anymore

Today is October 1, 2023 I bought sweet chili, chicken, rice and peas with plantains. The plantains were cold and the sweet chili chicken was cold. She gave me three pieces of chicken for an $11 plate with rice. I add out of the vegetables because the last time the vegetables were cold, I’ve been eating here for the last 3 to 4 years and it’s gotten bad in the last two years. I don’t know what chef or what people they have but I am very disappointed by far the worst I’ve had from this golden crust.

A worker came from outside to resume serving food. She used just a little bit of hand sanitizer before she started serving food. I asked her to wash her hands with soap and water. She said she used hand sanitizer. I walked out. If you have access to soap and water, USE it. Hand sanitizer should only be used when you don't have access to soap and water. Also, I have noticed other unsanitary practices at this locations such as employees not wearing their mask properly, touching money and food, workers coming from outside then in a split second bringing a tray of food to the front, and the buffet area (where all the trays are located) not being cleaned, and not enforcing mask policy for customers.
