Small cozy restaurant with delicious pizza

Good food, good service.

I dined in on sat 3/2 and ordered a veggie deep dish pizza. Once my food pizza came out and we cut a slice there was plastic inside my pizza a large piece of plastic. We notified staff and they remade the pizza so after waiting almost 2 hrs the second pizza also had plastic pieces inside. The offered to comp my next meal it doesn't allow me to post pictures of the plastic in my pizza both times Vegetarian options: The spinach comes in plastic and they tend to leave the plastic in the food and serve it to you plastic and all.

It's been about 5 years since I've had Giordanos deep dish. My last experience at the Naperville location was disappointing. I've had thin crust a couple times from the Gold coast location and it was pretty good. I decided to try deep dish again at the Beverly location and compared to the Oak Lawn Lou Malnatis deep dish, there's no comparison. This time I specifically ordered extra sausage, pepperoni, cheese and the only thing they gave me was extra cheese. There was barely any meat and I paid over $54 for a large. Very disappointed. Also, they charge $13 for 8 small chicken nuggets. SMH.
