Ginza Sushi & Grill

The food is awesome and it's a really cool spot, but the service is not great. Made a reservation, then arrived at the restaurant and they acknowledged we had a reservation, but didn't actually reserve a table. Felt like an episode from Seinfeld. When we did get seated, it took 25 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge we were seated. Finally brought us water when we asked for it, and our food came out quickly once we were able to order. Just took a long time to get anyone's attention. Don't come here if you have plans booked for after your meal.

One of the better sushi places we’ve been to in Denver. And we’re Sushi Den snobs!

This is our favorite neighborhood sushi place! The staff is great and friendly and the place is cozy! They also accommodate my dietary restrictions. We highly recommend dining here!

Vegetarian options: Ginza ruined my cucumber rolls by putting them IN the SAME container as the spider rolls my boyfriend ordered... NOW after spending $60 I'm STILL HUNGRY So I'm left Unhappy and hungry

food was amazing but the survey is maybe drunk? she charged me for edemame during the lunch time even thought i bought two rolls and goes “i didn’t know you wanted to utilize that deal” and said she can’t refund me and then i had to remind her to bring me my debit card back

Best Japanese food in Denver, my favorite restaurant. Only wish they had better parking.

Just do us all a favor and close down. Listless employees. Old chewy rice. Tempura was so weird. California roll had a strange texture. Lousy overall. Completely forgettable. Even the music sucked. Won't be back. A waste of $60+.
