Gen Korean BBQ House

We experienced really bad service here, felt like we were being mistreated and disrespected. The employees here have bad attitudes. Food is not good either.

If you want solid quality Korean barbecue all-you-can-eat for a reasonable price (for lunch), this is the place! Would recommend chadol and samgyupsal most, but spicy calamari, fried chicken, daechang were all pretty good too.

Only a few stellar items on the menu. The rest is long and not worth a single try. Service is a crapshoot. Pretending to take care of the customer and then forgetting multiple times to finally get someone else to help you isnt doing your job.

came with a toddler and they sat us immediately. Never greeted. table next was sat and greeted and order taken before us. Had to flag down manager to get waters. we got our order taken 30 min after being seated.

We always have great experiences with Gen, but this time couple of the BBQ items were ran out after we had our first round ordered. Hope whoever is in charge of the food inventory will do a better job next time.

TERRIBLE service, waiter legit rolling his eyes and walking away randomly when we weren’t done ordering. Extremely impatient. The food wasn’t marinated good and I had a terrible time here. Save your $$ and go somewhere else.

Hard to get all the items you asked for they'll either bring 1/4 of what you asked or say they already brought it to you. Hunting down a waiter or food runner is ridiculous when they all stand in front of the kitchen. Also they don't have cameras in their parking lot so after my meal I got a great surprise of my car being broken into right in front of the restaurant. Dine out elsewhere. Parking: YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO IN THEIR PARKING LOT
