So good!! Everything was fresh. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Will definitely come back!
Super expensive for very little meat. They give you plenty of rice and glass noodle to make it look a lot; got almost no spicy pork for $21. Tastes good though
I ordered bibimbap and after the payment they said they don’t have all the vegetables ready so i said it was fine and the last minute they said i need to wait an hour to get beef. At least inform this before payment i eneded up getting 3 kinds of vegetables and chicken in my bibimbap (same price)
Bussiness owner Decline to give me a cup of water for my child When I asked to purchase it she said she won't accept my credit card payment What a shame !!
Had the spicy noodles and bulogii and it was bussin
Health hazard: The lady behind the counter handles both money and food back to back without gloves. Portioning: Cheated on portion, I asked for glass noodles and short ribs but got a bunch of sprouts as well. Service: Service was rude and it took about 15 minutes (3 orders were taken and received before getting back to me) to get one bowl in because they were out of short ribs in what seemed to be a fast food restaurant. Food: Food however wasn't bad but was overly greasy. Pricing: VERY VERY OVERPRICED! For a $24 mediocre meal with limited portions and bad service, this was VERY overpriced (even for mall food) and NOT worth it.
Bad service from the older lady behind the counter. Food was ok but way overpriced.
Amazing food, helpful and generous staff, reasonable price, clean atmosphere in the kitchen and behind the counter. Also, there is a reward program. Lastly, this restaurant at stonestown is easily the best at the food court because it is a mom and pop shop, on top of all of the other things.
ok i feel like people are being real critical of this place and really tryna compare this mall food to an actual, stand-alone, authentic korean restaurant. FOR MALL FOOD? it's good. SERIOUSLY. to me, this place is way better than panda express, flavor wise, as it TRIES to emulate actual korean dishes. (example: panda express and orange chicken, chinese american, not actual chinese food// gangnam and kalbi, which is actual korean food) portions are always big and very filling. and i guess i like fatty meat then cus the meat was always good for me and never thought it was fatty or terrible quality. the japchae is good (my favorite part of the rice bowl is the japchae) kalbi is good. spicy pork belly is good. i usually get like a rice bowl. and they're good. i did once get their tofu soup, soondubu, not that good in comparison to ACTUAL SOONDUBU LIKE AT TOFU HOUSE but like again it's solid for mall food. forreal i think it's just finding the hits and tryna to avoid the misses. i appreciate this place as it definitely was better than (and outlasted) tokyo express (now that was bad, which is now replaced by umai hotdogs)
