Pricey. Cheap prizes need a lot of tickets to get anything decent but better off buying it yourself way cheaper
Food good, service great, games were fun but expensive.
Plenty of racing games (I get it, Daytona) I was disappointed in the lack of variety of types of games other than racing. One of the games took 6 credits. It took 20 minutes to get refunded (it wasn't busy but the manager was, also understand that) The staff were ALL very polite! Pricing is about the same as Dave & Busters.
Walked in and stood at the host desk expecting someone to help guide our visit. After a few minutes and realizing no one was coming, we figured things out on our own. The kids loved the arcade. They also blew through $50 in credits (each) in an hour or less. I was told Thursday nights have a great deal on play time. The bar scene has tons of TVs. There is an eat and play game card option that basically saves you $10 towards games, but the food is subpar. Just an overall okay experience.
The waitress named Miracle was very rude. We did the eat n play deal ordered food and since they automatically add 18% gratuity the extent of her service was taking our orders and that's it. She brought the game cards over and set them on the table, no reply. My daughter's burger arrived late, she did build a burger but the egg wasn't on it. Told Miracle this she went back and brought the egg on a separate plate and didn't say a word no remorse or sorry about that. Luckily Daniel or Dave the manager rectified the situation, he was great. I spoke with the young lady and stated her communication could be better and hope her day got better. 5 Stars for the games and experience since this was an outlier and 5 Stars and kudos to the manager. I didn't let the servers bad day ruin our time.
Giant arcade, but games are pretty expensive at $1.50+ per play. Games of skill seem to have their jackpots reduced by a crazy amount and prizes are overly expensive.
The kids had fun in the arcade :) Most of the games were operational, and the place was clean. Although the bowling alley was janky, it seemed like it didn't have adequate oil on the lane to carry the ball to the pins. The lightweight ball kept getting stuck, and then I had to go searching for a worker to help with the returned. I found him in the restaurant hanging out or goofing off in the prize store playing catch with his coworkers. He wasn't even there to return the shoes.
