Wasn't blown away but nice plating, quality dishes. Good service with comfortable seating. Dessert was just ok. Nice place for dates or special occasion.

Absolutely incredible experience! It doesn’t matter if you’re doing just a small tasting menu or dining in the kitchen with the chef, they make you feel like you’re the most important person in the dining room. Everyone here loves what they do and wants to share their passion with you. Please ask them questions, Enjoy everything slowly and with intention, you’ll eventually find yourself speechless. (Shout out to Michael for his genuine personality, passion, and professionalism) we hope to see you again to enjoy a nightcap last (and probably most) thank you to the chefs for having us in your kitchen. It was an honor and I hope to work alongside you one day. Dietary restrictions: Resy let’s you book ahead of time and does a great job communicating your dietary restrictions. The sooner they know the better your experience will be!

Food was tasty, decor is nice and the service and staff were amazing (attentive but not intrusive). The mocktails were delicious as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommend

We had the Chef's Tasting menu the other night and the food is just below average for a 2-start restaurant. Food: The major take away is that sourness is taking too much place in the 7-course set, the lime juice, grapefruit, and sauerkraut is just too much for setting the sour tune. I understand that the taste of refreshing is attractive but it can be achieved in many other ways. The bread is not tasty, I know it has crispy scallion outer shell but it's not fragrant enough. A big disappointment at the beginning. The Japanese twist is not paired with the 7-course very well, the Sashimi is not cold enough, the cucumber dressing is cliche and it didn't leave a pleasant aftertaste. The Foie gras paired with Pistachio was not bad, but the concept of having Pistachio in Foie gras is getting old. The scallops is good. Huge disappointment is the Black Périgord Truffle Cooked in Mason Jar, it didn't taste good at all. Steamed truffle lost all of its fragrance and texture, steaming didn't help rather damaged this course. The barley didn't absorb any truffle scent. Barely finished it. The duck meat was okay, not the best I had in NYC, it was resting on top of a slice of banana bread which didn't add any flavor to the dish besides absorbing the grease if there is any, and it didn't taste like banana bread. Dessert: It's all right, not the best I had. Wine selection: It's huge and sophisticated. Service: Service is excellent, no issues there. Atmosphere: It's all right, this is very subjective, but I would prefer the lighting to be dimmed a bit, it's too bright. Overall: It's a blow-average 2-start restaurant IMHO, the food is not as inspiring as I expected and it's overpriced given the overall food experience. I would not recommend it.

It was such an amazing experience. From the moment you step inside, the staff is beyond attentive. The decor is simple and elegant. Great drink selection. Outstanding food. The prix fixe menu is an absolute must. You can also stop by for French chocolate.
