Horrible store! Too small for the population in Rita Ranch. Produce is terrible. Don't buy small appliances here Bought an Oster can opener and it didn't last 6 months and they would not exchange "Can't do anything for you and have a good day " was what I was told Shop at Walmart.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful.

They had a cashier working. Four stars just for that

Worst selection for basic items. How can you not stock McCaans Steel Cut Oatmeal? No I do not want to pay a fortune to have it shipped!

So many brands and items to choose from! The store is very well stocked and clean. Lot's of great deals every day

I have been a Fry's shopper all my life (over 50 now) this has to be the worst store I have even been too, ever. The customer servcie to depolrable. If you spend 5 plus hundred and have two carts. Not once has anyone asked me if I needed help to the car. Dogs are ALWAYS in the store no matter when I go. Barking at folks and the crew just looks the other way (literally). One was off leash just walking around. Got to the check out and there was a hole in the bread bag. Pointed it out to cashier,he said "wow that will dry out the bread fast." nevered offer to have someone get a new one. Just asked if i still wanted it. I said no and he put it aside and when on with the check out. Cashiers spend alot of time on looking at thier phones while you are check out. I have never wanted go anywhere else and would go out of my way to shop at Fry's, yet since moving to the eastside I am looking a Safeway even if they have higher prices. At least i will be treated like it matters that I am there and I will not have to worry about Dogs running around like it is pets mart. Someday someone is going to get bitten by those dogs and then Frys will pay for someones retirement.
