EL CORONADO RESTAURANT

Two different occasions within a week's time frame I asked if they had flour tortillas and they said yes. What are my carne asada tacos in corn tortillas. Second time we went roughly a week later I asked the waitress do you have flour tortillas she said yes. I then said can I get soft flour tortillas she said yes. What came out? Fried corn tortillas. Steak was also pretty fatty and burnt and crunchy. This place seems like a hit and miss sometimes it's good most the time it's bad

My stake fajitas were descent. A smaller portion compare to other restaurants. The beans were good but the rise tasted like the bottom of the pot burnt enough to taste it. The salsa needs a lot of help. Not enough flavor. For me the salsa is half the Mexican cuisine experience. The atmosphere was enjoyable. Better than Filiberto’s, Service was great. Very polite and attentive young girl (Izi). Conclusion: Not coming back

Great food, attentive staff. Imo best Mexican food in the area, I said what I said. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp sidewalk ,no strp at door.

Fantastic food.

Amazing staff and amazing food. We showed up an hour before they closed and ordered 2 different items off their menu. Since they were out of both they went ahead and made both of the items for us. The mango margarita is a 5 star

Had a pretty great experience here for a birthday and would definitely return. We were seated immediately, had our drinks within minutes and we were constantly serviced. The Big Daddy Burrito was awesome and priced great for the amount of food you get. They had good cocktails and all the food was priced well. When we come back, we'll probably hit this place again.

We have been going to El Coronado for many years. It is our favorite place for lunch. The menu variety affords the opportunity for us to eat here multiple times a week. The staff is like family to us. The dinner menu is also excellent. Like all busy places, things sometimes aren't perfect. A simple mention to the staff and they always make it right. My wife and I eat out very frequently and this is our go to place for Mexican food and for Breakfast on Saturday.
