Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

UPDATE 2/17: They were kind enough to send me a free meal coupon and then did not accept it because they said it "expired". There was no expiration date in the fine print or hand written. WHAT A JOKE. What a waste of time and gas. - I only come here for custard, so I cannot speak for the food. The custard is good. The problem is that about 1 in 4 trips, the order is wrong, very little add-ins/sauces when ordered, or looks like a 5 year old sloppily made it. Today I paid $6.90 for a regular sized peppermint Oreo shake. I recieved a blob of chocolate and blob of vanilla custard in a cup, not mixed or anything. I was the only one in the drive through and didn't see anyone inside, either.

This Freddy's seems to always be empty. We went there and it was so clean and the food was delicious. Jacob the manager was very professional and his crew was great! BTW the Chicken Sandwich was delicious!

It's a lot cleaner than the other location in Parker and the one in Castle Rock! I like Freddy's so I'll definitely be going back! Update stopped into the Cottonwood location on 2/2/24. One customer besides myself, no one at the drive thru and the place is dirty.

Great customer service!

During Lunch, we were the only car at the drive thru, and they still got our order wrong. We ordered two combo meals and they forgot to add the second burger. Se we got 2 fries, 2 drinks and 1 burger. The genius at the drive thru didn't even notice the order was messed up. They hire some real trashy people.

This location never gets my order right. They forget majority of my order and when I order a grilled cheese the last 2 times I was given two completely cold buns with cheese on them. If you’re gonna charge $5 for a grilled cheese at least toast it!
