Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My burger tasted like cleaning chemicals. I had to throw it away after first bite, and I was sick for 2 days after eating here. So sad, because I love Freddy's. But this one was just a bad experience. Please avoid food from here!

No line inside. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable employee took my order. Food came out quick and hot. I loved the fries, they were thin but hot and crispy. Burger was a double bacon cheeseburger. Also hot and tasty.

Such an amazing burger today. Freddy's never lets me down. By far my most favorite day food burger joint. One thing that was a bit bumming is they didn't have a big array of toppings for the custard. I've been to other Freddy's and I could've sworn you could mix and match add-ins.

This last visit wasn't up to Freddie's usual standard. The food was as good as it usually is. But they obviously had a new employee working. He was just standing there watching the manager. And with just the manager and two employees, his left hand was tied behind his back. Service was slow due to

Visit would have been better if we were served quicker instead of watching our server tying his shoes for several minutes.

My favorite place for a patty melt-- nicely toasted rye with soft onions, provolone and thin beef patties with deliciously crispy edges. They also make the best fries of any fast food place. Finish the meal off with some frozen custard--a delicious treat that makes the stress of the day melt away.
