Bridgette is the SWEETEST lady ever. She made sure we were more than taken care of.

This location is NOTORIOUSLY slow. Like, terribly, with 3 guests in the lobby. Over 20 minutes minimum to get a cheeseburger with an entire 8 guests at the restaurant including the DT. Literally had to walk out on food I paid for because it took too long. Couldn't get my money back because they had a line building and they aren't exactly hasty with their service. You owe me $13 that I'm sure I'll never see. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

Clean with super friendly staff! We took our students (with disabilities) here not too long ago for lunch and they were all so patient, friendly and kind. Service was great! Then Latonya made the experience for our students even more special by giving them Whataburger stickers and cups. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Dillion is such an asset to your company! It was our first time trying whataburger and we were so impressed by his attitude and work ethic. He greeted us with a smile and during the downtime he was cleaning and checking in with people! He was fabulous

Love them all locations I've been to. Safe and sound. Grilled not fried. Deep fried Chickens also good. Everything w extra sutyeed onion, w Mayo instead of Mustard. Ketchup? Fancy.

Probably the best customer service out of any of the Whataburger locations in the Austin area. I’ve stopped at this place multiple times and always had a positive experience…always smiles, always “thank you” and “yes sir”, which goes a long way with me. The food is standard across most locations but the service is what keeps me coming back to this one.
