Frank is Good. The penne à la vodka was Amazing! And definitely try the zucchini soup!!

I stopped by for a drink and was delighted. Great vibe, cocktails, food. The expresso martini was to die for.

My first time visiting NY City and my 24 yr old granddaughter (she lives and works there) insisted we had dinner at this quaint Italian restaurant called "Frank"! I'm in my 70s....I was in awe with the authentic food and atmosphere. Great service and the best homemade potato gnocchi in red sauce with meatballs and cheese! It's just delicious! I live in Toledo, Ohio, and we have some pretty delicious Italian restaurants, but this beats them all! I highly recommend Frank Restaurant for their home style decor and excellent quality food! Hope to visit again next summer! I'll be sure to bring cash. they don't take credit cards but, we managed and will be prepared next time. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. "As Arnold says, I'll be back!" LoL You'll love it ,too! XO

One of my favorite chefs & spots in EV. If you are a bar person there is a small one, if you can get a seat it is a great spot for a date night.

Fantastic handmade pastas, sauces, and various other dishes with an authentic Italian American flair. A cozy, romantic interior, and ample outdoor seating. Highly recommended for a date night or quick weeknight dinner.
