Great customer service. I frequent this location on the way to work. The ladies working there are 5 star service.The expresso is pure fire and freshly made.

Loved the coffee. The coffee cake donut is amazing. They aren't overly sweet.
I ordered through Uber eats. Even though they didn’t have what I wanted originally, they called me and we worked out an alternative as well as them throwing in a freebie for me. This was much appreciated. Super nice and kept me updated the whole time even when the first Uber driver left. The food was delicious and the coffee was great - highly recommend the egg bites and vanilla caramel cold brew!
I have been purchasing coffee with foxtail for a few years. I went to this location for the first time and noticed there was no indoor seating. Only the outside perimeters allow for seating. I went to use the restroom first and noticed the door was locked. I proceeded to the counter and asked the "supposed manager" Becka if I could use a key to use the restroom. And with a very rude and aggressive tone, she replied, "Only for paying customers." From my understanding, working with people as we all do. There is a way to speak to someone, and there is a way you don't. There was no explanation stating their reason or policy before her, assuming I was not a customer. I stated that I was actually in the process of ordering through my app, but that I needed to use the restroom first. She said I needed to wait, and she closed the window and walked away. The store had only 2 customers, one in the drive-thru and the other that ordered before me. I went to the window. I saw another female employee with purple hair close by. So I knocked on the window to ask to speak to the manager. She stated that Becka is the current manager. I explained to the lady what just happened, and she said their policy is to only give out keys to the customers after they order? Because people have gone into the restroom on other occasions and have been found to overdose on drugs. I had no choice but to state that I am not in any appearance to be looked at as someone who is trying to use drugs in the bathroom while i am parked right in front of professional attire. This was so unexpected and offesive. I contacted customer service to report this extremely unprofessional and poorly trained manager. The customer will clearly see that I am a loyal customer, but after this experience, I may consider finding a better cafe with well trained staff that can provide adequate customer service.
Pulled in the Drive thru at 5:40pm on 12/18/23 and was told they were closed. Went there because it said open until 6 and Dunkin(next door) coffee sucks! However I will not return
