Forma Restaurant & Cheese Bar Venice

WOW WOW WOW. Ok to be fair my husband and I love cheese so if you're a cheese bar you're going to be an automatic fave. But I can't believe how good everything was! The food was hot, fresh, and unbelievably delicious. We had the truffle mushroom chicken, the nocchi, and the mushroom pizza. SO GOOD. The service was knowledgable, friendly, and prompt. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a romantic eve. This place gets 5 stars easy!

I have been going to Forms weekly for over three years. The food is excellent but the service sucks. The manager asked us to leave after two hours when we were still eating and drinking and bill was at 200. Because the table has a 90 min limit. We had just invited a friend and he ordered more food. Why ask paying customers still eating n drinking to leave that are regular devoted patrons. Why not have the tourists who came later sit at one of the many empty regular price tables. The logic makes no sense. You should treat your regular devoted customers that drop 200 a week almost 1k a month as VIP’s. I probably won’t go back despite the mouth water’s tortellini. Service is everything!

Went for happy hour great food choices, strange drink choices

Nice spot, had the luck to be able to get a table for 2 as a walk in on NYE. Excellent service, and the food was excellent.

We went back in 4 days because of the octopus with lentils. The salmon is amazing as the octopus shrimp dish with beans and spinach.

Best experience. GREAT food nice staff reasonable prices. I'm pretty sure they offer the best tortellini in the town. Take advantage of the restaurant's happy hours 4-8. LA 찐맛집입니다. 치즈가 들어간 모든 음식이 다 너무너무너무 맛있어요 특히 치즈가 만두속처럼 들어간 tortellini 강추입니다. 참치 타르타르는 심지어 참기름에 버무린거 같아요 모든 음식이 한국인 입맛에 잘 맞습니다. 해피아워에 가면 칵테일이 9달러고 음식도 양 조금 줄여서 조금 싸게 팔아요 이거저거 시켜먹기엔 오히려좋음. 또 가고싶네요. 해피아워에 인당 5-60불 잡고 가면 배 터지게 드실 수 있습니다

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Absolute must in Santa Monica/Venice area.

Would have given 5 stars, but the cheese was disappointing for a European palate, very small portions and the '10 year old cheddar' was definitely not 10 year old cheddar cheese. Apart from that everything was amazing!
