Ford's Garage Brandon

The food was delicious. My brother had the brisket fries. He wished it was a bigger portion. I had chicken tenders, more than enough. Great service.

First time my family and I decided to eat here and disappointed in the experience. Nothing stood out or amazed us. food had no flavor nor was it fresh/hot. Everything came out separate almost and was barely warm. Cod meal had so much batter and the kicker is, there was a pool of grease underneath. I had to just eat the cod itself and leave behind the batter in the plate. Got some mashed potatoes, which came out separate a little bowl on the side and wasn’t hot. Also ordered the ultimate chicken mac and cheese. There was nothing ultimate about it, not much cheese or sauce just some noodles, couple pieces of chicken. Not much portion, no flavor profile and was barely warm. Not sure if our food was just sitting or it just wasn’t cooked fresh or both. It wasn’t busy, came on a Monday afternoon. But Now we know.

The food was good, but due to food allergies, I had to make adjustments to my order, and I guess that caused confusion. Service was OK, it could have been better. The atmosphere was drab. We enjoyed this restaurant in Orlando and had a great time all the way around. This location in Brandon just let the reputation of Fords down.

Katie was very gracious and accommodating, taking care of myself and our dog out on the patio today! Thank you so much!
