I had one of the worst customer service experience ever, The waitress Arielle had no communication at all, after she took the order she left and never came back to assist us. We asked her for more bread and she didn’t get us more. My daughter had to ask another waitress, we had to go to the bar to get more soda , and even the to go box I had to go and get it. When we asked for the check and she pushed to me the little electronic device and said “HERE”. In my opinion if you don’t know how to handle this kind of job please stay home. Because I’m not stealing, I’m paying for my food and to be well served. At the moment that sit down, I’m paying to be well treated because if I have to get up and serve myself, I’ll stay home. P.S. I only put one star for service because I had to or google wouldn’t let me post, but my server doesn’t deserve a star. Parking: Good

I always get the fish, chili, salad, and baked potato. They are always efficient and I never have any issues with "to go" . I've never eaten inside, so I can't comment on that. Tabitha the manager thank you!

Our server Denise was outstanding! We also especially appreciated how knowledgeable she was regarding the different types of steaks that I was trying to order! Denise was very inviting and very conversative! Denise is definitely an asset to this Texas Roadhouse location and I would ask for her each time I would go there in the future because of our positive and awesome experience that we had when we went there for my 60th birthday! I have to take my hat off to the chef whose name is Chance who literally cooked my steak to perfection along with all of the other food that was made for my family! Normally there is some sort of problem regarding my food but in this case, there was none whatsoever! I anxiously look forward to my next visit to this Texas Roadhouse location and give it two thumbs up and five stars all around! I almost forgot, the staff sang happy birthday to me in no other ways that I've ever had it done at a restaurant and I am ever so grateful for them and I thank them! To Denise, Chef Chance and the entire Texas Roadhouse staff YOU ROCK!!!

Love this place! Best deal on the menu is the three medallion filets. It comes with two sides and rice, but you can substitute the rice for another side that you would rather have! You also end up with more steak and more food than you would if you just ordered the standard filet dinner. Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessible seating for wheelchairs.

I've gone here twice and each time the food was not good. The rolls were heavy and dense instead of light and fluffy like they're supposed to be. I got steak the first time and it was not cooked right but they were so busy I couldn't get my server over, and there was no seasoning on the steak. I tried eating it anyway, the top had grill marks but the underside of the steak was a light gray color. My husband had green beans and they were so bad he sent them back when our server finally came. The second time I had the smothered chicken and the onions and mushrooms were barely cooked and it had no seasoning. The fries were old and the chili is not good. During the second visit, we were hardly halfway done eating and while my husband was in the bathroom, the server came and gave us the bill and said "It looks like he's almost done eating, are you going to finish up or do you need a small box?" So I got a box and left without finishing because it felt like we were being pushed out the door. I couldn't get a refill on my drink the whole time either.
