FLAMES INDIAN AROMA

We absolutely loved our dinner at Flame Indian Aroma. We live locally and often order online to enjoy their food. We came in to eat at their restaurant tonight for dinner and our server Tamanna was fantastic. She was very welcoming and kind. She was attentive and even gave us a chocolate as we were leaving. Great vegetarian options. Thank you Tamanna!

Ordered the lamb samosas, along with the panneer tikka masala and the chicken tandoori. Have to say…I’ve been in the neighborhood for over 10 years and I love my Latin Food. I was craving something almost home made with some delicious spices. Let me say…this place did not disappoint. I saw them open up about 2.5 years ago, I thought it was interesting to have an Indian Restaurant in the heart of Spanish Harlem. I have to say, this is a great addition to the neighborhood. Definitely come in here and try the food!!! Hopefully you’ll also love it too.

Pros - 1 Taste of food is good. 2 Never crowded, you find space to sit 3 Place is clean Cons- 1 Quantity of food is very low relative to price and compared to other competing restaurants in locality. 2 Price is slightly on higher end compared to similar restaurants in area 3 Server expect and insist you to pay the highest value of tip, they object if you pay middle or lower tip percentage. 4 Server ask you again and again to order/try more foods than what you have ordered. 5 Server repeatedly asked to write a good review

Everything was amazing!!

OMG.. I SEEN THIS PLACE WHILE I WAS ON THE BUS AND DECIDED TO DO A BIRTHDAY LUNCH AND IT WAS AMAZING.... TAMANNA WAS AN AWESOME HOST AND SHE RECOMMENDED THE GARLIC NAAN AND IT WAS GOOD. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OVER ALL... NO COMPLAINTS FROM THIS PICKY EATER.... Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented
