Really enjoyed my car being towed because these wonderful people put up one sign on the wrong side of traffic

Every bite truly was delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere and service. Everyone was friendly and proud of this restaurant. Major compliments to chef/owner! We loved the small plates and being able to have a taste of everything. Mussels plate, octopus, and wagyu fried dumplings were the top 3 favorites.

This place was very good, very fast service, very good food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. We tried a lot of the menu and the scallops and the wagyu skirt steak in my opinion were the best. The lobster tacos also are very good but very small.

Love this place

I dined at Fireproof during restaurant week. I ordered the stuffed peppers, Wagyu sliders, and Nutella cake. Everything was delicious- the peppers tasted a lot like pizza and had a wonderful crunch, the sliders had a pop of sweetness from the blueberry jam, and the Nutella cake tasted like a lighter version of its namesake. The cocktail I ordered had a very large, unique, patterned cube of ice to chill it. Our waiter, Grant, was attentive and friendly. The decor in the restaurant was sleek, but with some rustic elements like framed wood planks on the walls. We enjoyed our visit!

I’m very disappointed typing this review because I’ve been to fireproof 2 other times and have had great experiences. Last night, however, was the complete opposite. To begin, I had a reservation for party of 5 at 8:30 PM. When we arrived, there was a line at the hostess desk, where it took 25 min to even tell her we had a reservation. Once we did, the table was not ready and we had to wait an additional 5. The restaurant was not packed. The Mexican elote was a 4/10, carnitas 10/10, Caesar salad 5/10, sliders 9/10, the fried rice (100% was not fried rice) 0/10, and grilled shrimp 3/10. My mom ordered pork belly, that wasn’t told to us until much later, that it had ran out. This should have been said when we were told the filet medallions were out. The food was bland, service felt extremely rushed and they looked understaffed. Our waitress said management is not new, which makes it even more disappointing because of how great this place used to be. For the price and quality of food/service, I don't recommend getting dinner here.

Great spot for a nice date night! Service is excellent, kitchen is amazing, and the menu is fun and diverse. Appropriately sized plates for exploring different items in one visit.

Great experience. The food was amazing! We had a pretty good sampling of everything. The wagyu burger was a little dry in the corn was a little mushy but overall the food was amazing. The service was good. The bar was pretty slow because it was busy and backed up. But we would definitely go back when we are in town.

We celebrated our anniversary at Fireproof last week, and everything about our experience was amazing! They really rolled out the red carpet for us on our special night ... the food, drinks, service and atmosphere were fantastic. Sharing several small plates felt very cozy and romantic.
