FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar

Great atmosphere and service. Loved the environment. Visited as part of the Restaurant week featival and reqlly enjoyed the food. Would've loved it of the quantity was a bit more, but then who wouldn't enjoy more food that tastes great. Definitely worth a visit

Restaurant kitchen horribly understaffed or perhaps still in training. In a great setting but extremely noisy. The singer was good but way too loud no matter where seated. Waited 90 minutes for our dinners, party of 7. Some food was barely warm, fish & chips overcooked; other meals mediocre. The baked corn bread was a treat though. Our waiter was apologetic, manager sent over another drink for each of us without asking and most of us only drink one at dinner so that was a waste. Explained they were extra busy due to the Marathon. Hopefully they will get in the groove after more training. Side note to manager: don't assume a free drink is what will appease customers; better to ask first and offer dessert or price reduction as options for the issues.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The restaurant was running a limited menu with only burgers, Flatbread, and wings, which were terrible. My burger was extra well done even though I ordered medium temp. and the bun was burnt black. Our server requested a remake of the burger, but it was also overcooked and awful. The Flatbread was edible but tasted like BBQ sauce spread on a Flatbread and was overcooked. Finally, our server offered us dessert and then brought out the wrong item. We finally gave up and went somewhere else to eat.

Service isn’t great. Slow and not responsive. There were only two other tables filled at the time so staffing or being busy was not the issue.

Very poor service. Restaurant was 60% full and we were told to sit at the bar and then they seated numerous parties after we arrived and the bar won’t take any food orders because they had paused food service. When speaking with a manager there was no apology or option to order food. They are severely understaffed but seem to have more managers than staff. For a hotel of this caliber, it was very disappointing

Good breakfast omelette. Great service.
