The staff member was very rude to me when I came to pick up my order. For some reason she kept asking me what restaurant I was looking for even though I told her that I was here to pick up my order. I thought perhaps she didn't understand English so after I told her Firehouse she gave me the correct order with my name on it. So it was clear that she knew I came to pick up my order so I'm not sure if she was joking around or if she was being serious with the question, but I did not like her tone of voice. I don't think I'll come back here anymore.
T-Mobile had a special deal with Firehouse Subs on a Tuesday, and since my coworkers and I are T-Mobile customers, we decided to take advantage of it. The deal was simple: purchase a sub and get one free. As we all work together, we sent someone to pick up the order. However, upon arriving, the lady behind the counter, who seemed to be the manager but wasn't in uniform and lacked a hairnet and gloves, was extremely rude. She even attempted to deny giving us our order because some of my coworkers weren't present. I repeatedly explained to her that it was a T-Mobile deal, and T-Mobile never stated that everyone had to be there in person; it was just an order for pick-up. Despite my explanations, the lady continued to give us a rude attitude. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place. They shouldn't participate in a deal with T-Mobile if they're going to give clients taking advantage of it such a hard time, just because the manager wanted people to visit her store.
