Steak was very dry, sluced big in big pieces . I have tried it two times both times, disappointing .

They need to make employees aware of holiday hours and post it online. I came up there 10:45 on New Year’s Day & the girl said they open at 11 I said but the sign says 1130 she said no we open at 11. So I waited then a guy comes and tells me when I come to the door at 11 that they don’t open until 1130 I said well she said 11 he said she doesn’t know. I was literally waiting outside the door walking in the parking lot for 15 minutes not sure why no one bothered to correct her mistake earlier. Won’t be eating at any firehouse sub ever again. Don’t waste my time. I can’t get it back. This is not the first issue I have had with this location but it will be the last.
wasn't satisfied at all ordered online specifically checked off to leave off tomatoes &,mayo got my food &the sandwiches HAD mayo &tomatoes yet didn't provide the toppings or dressings that automatically comes on the sandwich the ball definitely was dropped
What is the purpose of making an online order if its not ready when you get here the point is convenience also YOUR CASHIER (manager)with the red hair IS VERY RUDE INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE she rudely said do I want a refund No ma'am just better customer service if you overlooked my online order just say that . CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS TRULY A LOST ART. If you can't handle a mildly busy day without get flustered maybe its time for a new field. And what manager doesn't know how to process a refund order place at 7:15 walked out a 755 without a sandwich and a refund.
We were hungry and my niece had sent me a message regarding the FA LA LA promotion so we found the closest one located near ga tech and THEY WERE DELICIOUSNESS. EVERYONE WAS SO HAPPY AND POSITIVE IT JUST MADE FOR A GREAT MEAL AND END TO OUR EVENING .
