Firehouse Subs Forum & Colonial

Ordered online but subs weren't made til we walked in, tomatoes were gross, the drink selection. Was non existent and we got ice tea which is horrible. I won't be back to this location. I've been to other firehouse subs and never had a bad experience. Really unhappy.

2nd visit to this location. Takes them over 20 mins to make 4 subs with 4 employees working behind the counter. This is the slowest and sloppiness location in Fort myers. Subs are always a mess....hardly worth $48...

Wish i could just get my 48 bucks back. 23 mins to make 4 subs. This is the only firehouse I have to wait 20 plus mins for my subs everytime. 4 people behind the counter and it still took that long. Update 48 bucks later the subs are not very good, poorly made and with 23 mins you'd expect better service and better sandwiches. Subway is half the price and I get better service. Save your time and money and go to the college location for your firehouse subs. Your food will be ready before you pay

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN ALL WAYS POSSIBLE, and so when we were peacefully eating the manager decided to be so blatantly rude and I will quote word for word what she said “Hey, I hope y'all know we’re closed, but no rush” said in a unfriendly tone as she glared at us and decided to walk away seeming to be upset, we then were indirectly being implied to rush and finish our dinner, and my father decided to get up and talk to one of the employees behind the counter and when we asked for the manager, it turned out to be the very individual who decided to rush us, the employee then apologized to my father and walked off not mentioning it to the manager. An overall absolutely horrible experience would never visit ever again in any lifetime.

Person making sub has a head of hair lol a mop! Should have a net on to keep his hair out of the food he is making discussing!

Good steamer sandwich. Over priced.
