Great service food was awesome and the manager was super friendly!
I WENT THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME ORDERED 2 LARGE STEAK AND CHEESE AND KIND MINU CHARGED ME 40$ FOOD WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTING RESTURANT IS SUPER DIRTY WILL NEVER BACK AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The owner here is so rude. He’s always rude to customers and employees. Avoid the bald guy if you see him. Yeah I’m taking about you BALD HEAD.
Overall, I'll give this location at 3.0 out of 5 for the atmosphere and service. The sandwhiched themselves, I will give them a 3.9 out of 5. The food was fresh and delicious. I felt as though the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Of course, I ordered off the Firehouse Sub app, and my food was ready upon arrival, but I can see that this location can use some improvement in ENERGY. Hopefully, once I decide to visit this location again, the overall experience will be better. Other than that, y'all go check this location out and tell me what you think.
Wow, my apologies for patronizing your restaurant. I ordered 2 large sandwiches and requested that someone bring it to my vehicle directly in front of the door due to my total knee replacement and a severely herniated disc in which I am having urgent surgery next week. I have extreme pain both standing and sitting. My request took 10 seconds at most. For doing so I tipped out 15% on a carry-out. The food was brought to me but not without a snide remark of "I have a lot of people in there," then turning and walking away. Not even a "you're welcome" to my "thank you." Okay, duly noted.
Although the manager needs to work on her customer service skills the food is good. She would want to treat ppl better though. Especially with confusion about promotions. My suggestion is to get better wifi as well as it's not the best either. Back to the manager in the ten minutes I was in the store she was rude to everyone that came in.
