Awful. I paid $6.50 for the tiniest sandwich I ever saw. One piece of cheese on a 2 inch sub! Couldn't even find it. They forgot to put the sides we requested on. And the service there did nothing to make it better. Just told me this was an acceptable sandwich for $6.50. Shame on them! Never again. There is a reason it's always empty and Subway is always packed.
Had a delicious meal. Paul there is great, on top of everything and makes sure everyone is taken care of!
Paul is awesome! He help me with my order while making sure to help the employees he was training with their customers to ensure everyone was taken care of and did it all while being very personable and kind.
They do not care here. Like not at all. Our food is always wrong and my son is full on allergic to milk. Not lactose intolerant. Full on Epipen on hand always allergic to milk. Yet they never listen or read and always put cheese on his sandwich. We ordered through the app this time thinking we would be better protected from having our money taken for food he medically cannot eat, but that was a crock. Followed the instructions on the app to inform firehouse of the mess up; hoping they would just remake and let me know when it’s ready. No. 2 weeks go by and I get an email for firehouse corporate asking all of these crazy questions, some medical, as if I said my son ate the cheese and had a crazy reaction. I write back and inform them that we have to check every time because they are notorious for messing up there, so we caught it before he could eat it and now that 2 weeks have gone by we just want our money back. They write back and say they are informing the store owner/manager of what happened and that they will be talking to me. Another week goes by and I get an email from Sara Bush (the District manager) asking me for a receipt. How on earth over 3 weeks later are you going to ask me for a receipt. I ordered through your app, emailed and complained through your app, and have all of that in your app, and you want me to provide you more proof 3 weeks later? Over a $10 sandwich??? This place is the worst in the area. Nothing but loud unedited rap music playing and the kids working there just do not care about anything. But why should they when their district manager is terrible person herself. What’s even better is multiple times now I have come in there to pick up and they didn’t even know they had online orders. They flipped and went over to the printer and there was my online order receipt. Sitting there for the last 20 minutes with no one I the store aware at all that they are being paid to do a job. We go here because we’re beachside and fast food is limited. But it sucks. It sucks so bad. In
Went here for the 1st time because of the name promotion. The staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and had my order made in no time. The food was pretty good as well.
Always get take out. Really good!
