The employees were rude. They stood around and talked to each other behind the counter. The young man who look like the supervisor and seem to be the only manager in charge, wasn’t helpful at all. I will not be back to this location.
It seems that this company must be slowly Going Out of business, since Regional managers or district managers fail to follow-up on serious customer complaints. After numerous emails back-and-forth with corporate, it's still seems they don't care about their customers. Unfortunate. Their loss is someone else's game with my business, along with all of my family and friends. This should be a lesson to other companies. Paying attention to customers that were treated badly and overcharged should be Be at the highest priority.
Super slow service waited over 30 mins for a sandwich and the store wasn't even half full.
I came here for quick grab on a sandwich, ended up waiting 28 minutes and counting to just grab a sandwich so i can go to office and eat at my desk…will never be back here!!
Worst Firehouse, can't believe I'm saying this, but it's sadly true. Poor customer service, lack of attention. I get it I used to work in the food industry too, I didn't care for it so I left. Getting my order wrong then me asking to fix it doesn't warrant attitude. 2nd time I've been to this location and my last. IMO better locations are Silver comet location and Corporate blvd in lithia spgs. I've been to these locations multiple times always great service and it's correct the 1st time. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp, not sure if doors are wide enough.
Ordered my sub at 1:40. It is now 2:12 and I still have no food. Talked to the managers and he said I will make it now. Wow.

Love the sandwich here. All time favorite. Love the way the sandwich are packed in their containers. Miss the variety of condiments. But it doesn't matter much.
