We came here because they got posted on an article claiming they had vegan options and they dont, having an micro size avocado toast does not make you vegan friendly, they didn't tried to accommodate any other dishes or anything at all, we asked for a side of just seasoned potatoes to go with the avocado toast and we just got a "no we dont sell that". The rest of the food for my other non-vegan friends we all agreed the food was barely just ok
Really nice place with skyline views, glass throughout the whole restaurant. The featured sandwitch is good, the wings werent “quintessential”, burrata was tip top. Garlic Fries: really good Old fashioned really good Omelette with gruyere awesome! Parking: $49 a night with in-out privileges. Added up it seems ok. There is a lot right behind for the library, you walk back. Kid-friendliness: Accept little loud blessings no problem.
Ok, to be fair, the manager was very good to us at the end of the meal. The issues were many, slow service, cold food, and ordered items never served. Maybe a new waiter who needed more training? We were willing to be patient. But management and kitchen never caught the obvious issues. When we spoke to the manager, he acknowledged a rough night, apologized, and asked us to return to give them another chance. The appetizers were great! The outside bar seating looked terrific for a warmer evening. We may return and give Fire another chance as friends raved about it and that is why we were there to try it. Everyone has an off day....
Went for restaurant week The staff was ok and atmosphere was cool. The food was mid to good. I had the meal with shrimp and clams It was good. My guy had black and blue burger took two bites and was done he said they killed it with salt. Waiting staff brushed off our comments. $130 little high for over seasoning
Love this restaurant located in The Art hotel. It has incredible view with an upscale feel of modern chic and contemporary. Though I had breakfast, the atmosphere is great for all meals and various occasions. My meal was delicious and I can’t wait to try other items on the menu when I revisit the city.
It was fine. I ordered my steak medium-rare but it came out blue instead. Being off by one tier is understandable, but being off by two is too much.
Very tasty and I loved the unique drinks!
Great service. Liana was great. Food was average at best. Prob not worth the price but enjoyed the views. Patio in summer for a cocktail would be great.
Everything here was good but not great. With one exception: the signature Fire wings. These were perfectly cooked and seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside, as well as being meatier than most wings. They were probably the best chicken wings I've ever had. That said, there was a "mix up" in the kitchen that caused our meals to take an hour to come to our table after ordering(this was in a relatively empty restaurant). My braised short ribs and risotto were prepared nicely and plated well, but arrived at room temperature. My wife enjoyed her salad, and it was ample in portion size, but it was just salad: hard to mess up. The dessert menu was so basic and unappetizing that we passed and had ice cream when we got home. Our waitress was stretched way too thin, and that negatively affected service. We did enjoy the decor and views of Broadway below, but it wasn't enough to make up for their shortcomings. The wings tho: wow.
