Free popcorn at night! Pool table!
Most items in the menu were not available. Food was dry. No kitchen microwave food like... Maybe just good for drinks. Go only with friends. Dead crowd. Rusty place. Needs redecorating, better lighting, menu improvement.
What a great bar! Friendly staff, sociable regulars, and a perfect Guiness pour. Adding it to my list of regular spots in NYC.
I truly hate to put this review. I felt like I had a good time, but this was a bar that was almost empty the entire time I was there (less than an hour). As I was leaving, I asked the bartender for a quick glass of water. Apparently, because I did not ask for more than a drink an hour, the bartender seemed offended, and refused to give me glass of water. I decided it was not worth the hassle, and decided to leave. I wish this was a better experience, and I wish the bearded bartender was a nice person, but this is truly one of the worst places I’ve been to. I would happily drag my balls over broken glass than go back to this place. If you go to this place and see a bearded bartender, turn around and go somewhere else. It’s truly not worth it. There’s a 50% chance that they will respond with a stupid corporate response, but I will recommend any place but this
Met my hubby here!!! Best bar in nyc!
Very crowded with no staff on a Saturday night
This might be my favorite bar in midtown! My co-workers and I like to see movies at the Kips Bay AMC across the street and come in here for a few drinks after. The staff is always amazing, they have a real fire place, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm even when they are packed. If you are in Manhattan and looking for an Irish Pub... Do yourself a favor and avoid all the other ones and come here!
