Fia Steak Restaurant provided an unforgettable dining experience that surpassed all expectations. From the warm and knowledgeable staff to the exquisite culinary offerings, every aspect of the evening was exceptional. The appetizers, including the crunchy tuna cigars, hamachi crudo, and the newly introduced kingfish crudo, tantalized the taste buds with their harmonious flavor combinations. The steak tartare, with its spicy kick, was a standout dish, setting the stage for the incredible entrees to follow. The truffle cavatelli was a personal favorite, but the oxtail agnolotti stole the show with its rich wine and meat sauce, leaving a lasting impression as one of the most remarkable pasta dishes ever tasted. The bone-in ribeye, cooked to perfection and accompanied by dauphinois gratin of potatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus, showcased the restaurant's mastery of steak. Additionally, the A5 Wagyu, a kitchen recommendation, was a delectable indulgence. Dessert was the perfect conclusion to an extraordinary meal, with the chocolate soufflé and sticky toffee pudding topped with vanilla ice cream providing a sweet finale. One of the best meals you'll find in LA. The cigars are such a unique treat you can't hardly compare to anything else. The full menu is top notch from appetizer to dessert, but I'll be dreaming about that tomahawk experience. The cherry on top is the service that can't be beat, ask for Sean, he'll take great care of you!

Loved the food, service and all the extra little details. Surprised to see any negative reviews on this place. Everything was excellent. My husband and I shared the 14oz New York steak, caesar salad, lobster bisque, truffle mashed potatoes and a lobster tail. And we got the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. I also got the Tony Soprano cocktail which was divine. Everything was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Expensive but worth it.

The food was good, but this is a place where you can tell you’re going to be up charged for everything when you walk in. Of course I ordered steak, but while the menu offered a selection of steak sauces, my server didn’t ask what I preferred so I assume what they brought with it was just a house sauce. But the worst part of the experience was when I innocently asked for a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon without checking the wine menu, entrusting this task with my server. The wine he brought was fine, but I was dismayed when the bill came to find that this one glass cost $50. It left a bad feeling with us, and unless the cheapest glass they have is actually $50, this felt like a shifty way to garner a higher tip. We made up some of the difference by not tipping on the extra health charge they furtively sneak into the bill without telling you. All in all, it’s a decent atmosphere, they can accommodate allergies, and the food is okay, but fortunately this is Los Angeles and there are much better places with better service all over the city.

My family's new favorite steak house! We loved it, great food, drinks, ambiance (awesome music selection), and desserts! We had a blast! Can't wait to go back!!!

Fantastic meal, fantastic service. The entire experience was on point. Highly recommended if you desire a non-vegan, attention to detail dining extravaganza!
