Super nice food and the service was impeccable! Nice ambience too.

There are 3 Federal cafes located in Manchester, all of which permanently have a long queue, braving rain and wind. I can clearly see why, so make sure to arrive early as it will certainly be worth it FOOD- 10/10 Absolutely delicious, fresh and consistently good. Coffee is nice and they offer a unique selection of teas and snacks. SERVICE- Quick (normally served within 15 minutes even when busy) and EXTREMELY friendly. I've often come at 12 (when brunch ends) and they have sweetly offered to still serve me their delicious acai bowl with their unique peanut butter. VALUE- 8/10 They have good portions that aren't too big nor too small. However they aren't the cheapest place for certain items like their French toast yet they do offer cheaper alternatives. However it is worth it for the taste. ATMOSPHERE- 8/10 Very clean and aesthetic. The restaurants are certainly on the smaller side yet and tables are quite close/ shared due to their popularity. RANGE/DIETARY- 9/10 A wide range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Milk alternatives include oat, soya and coconut. However their vegan options are quite standard like falafel, brownie and acai. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for brunch , lunch and drinks. Dietary restrictions: Clearly labelled vegan options and oat, soya and almond milk available.

Great brunch, it is fairly expensive but very high quality. You have to wait outside as it is always full and you can’t book. Worth it though. Very nice staff.

Federal sets the benchmark for cafe brunches. The staff are very kind, lovely folks as well. Food stuffs: - Matcha latte (9 out of 10): rarely do cafes do matcha lattes right. This is one of the ones that gets it right. Great balance of matcha bitterness, with no added sugar. - Steak sandwich (9 out of 10): I'll be honest it looks boring from a visual standpoint. But damn, that bread! It's not quite ciabatta, but has a really great crisp to it. The steak, is cooked to what I consider perfection. - Pistachio tiramisu French toast (8 out of 10): this was one of their specials, and unfortunately not part of the regular menu. Brioche bread, soaked in cream and sweet pistachio goodness. This is also a winner

맨체스터 유명 브런치 카페! 오후 2시정도에 갔는데 웨이팅 15분정도 필요했습니다. 유명한 프렌치토스트는 물론 할루미 치즈토스트가 정말 맛있었어요! 치즈,버섯에 덮인 레드소스 ㅠㅜ 너무 맛있습니다! 방문하시는 분들 할루미 치즈토스트 무조건 추천입니다!! 스텝들도 친절하고 화장실도 카페 내에 있는 1인용으로 청결했어요. 다시 맨체스터에 간다면 오픈런할거에요!
