Fat Shack

Walked in and it smelt like a dumpster and they ignored me for over 15+ minutes so I left

They took my money I asked the manager for a refund and he told me we had no control of doing that so I said we'll where is owner he said he's not going to be so nice about giving back my refund because he said he was a angry person all the time and that he was over charging people on purpose

First time ordering from them, right away I got greeted by 2 genuine staff that are happy to serve you which is rare around here. Service is quick and for the same price as McDonald's you will get a really good burgers and delicious sides. I'll be back again when I need to gain a few pounds

Great food! Great environment! GREAT STAFF!!! Came in with some friends after a party. All were a little tipsy and they were happy to deal with us. Great experience will go back again.

Such a shame because the other Fat shack by DU is great as is the one in Thornton but this one is either full of retards who can't read or just don't care to get orders correct Even when it clearly says no cheese on an order. Pathetic

Went here for the first time after being referred to try it a couple months ago. And I wish I never did try it.. the people were nice I’ll give them that. But the place had a bad smell to it and I have weak stomach, I almost couldn’t wait the whole 15 minutes it took to receive the order. However, I muscled thru got the order and went home. The fat sandwiches were a 1.5 out of 10 . Not to mention we paid $50 for two of them..

Anytime I order from here it always takes over 30 minutes to make the order - even a small order. The customer service I received last time was like talking to a toddler, and there was no pride in said employee’s appearance with holy shirt and pants falling off backside.

Love this place and their food and have for years but every. Single. Time. I order... they ALWAYS forget my sauces that.i pay for wnd more... It's been 5 times nowz consistently...

Great spot to hang out watch games with good food.. service very great people are great

Overall great place fresh food, owner definitely hooked my group up. I recommend all day
