Experiment Coffee and Pastry

Worth the wait. I wasnt expecting this cafe to be bustling after 8am because its tucked into a corner space in an industrial area of town. I was on my way to an interview so I made a detour and I am so happy that I did. I asked another guest her recommendation because she had ordered an entire office worth of goodies (clearly she's been here before and loved it), I had an iced Caramel Brulee latte and it was so delicious! An hour or so later I still had quite a bit left with all the ice melted and it still tastes strong and flavorful. 10/10 stop buying Starbucks and find this local spot I didn't try the pastries but they were all be freshly prepared right there in the cafe, beautiful Danishes and scones and crazy bruleed items! The barista recommended ordering online ahead as well for easy pick ups:) PS, parking can be difficult because the lot is tight and dead ends instead of pulling through but the road Geneva is super wide so you could park on the side of the road for a quick stop in. Super worth it.

Very friendly service with awesome lattes and baked goods. Holy cow, the baked goods were so good!!! A definite must go to!!

Best pastries ever! And lemonade - per Alejandro, my 7 year old nephew. We ordered an Elote croissant & the layers in the pastry were absolutely superb! You could smell the butter in both the cookie & croissant, a rareity here in the Valley. Perfect balance of sweetness in the chocolate chip cookie which is something I always look for. We cannot wait to go back. My nephew is looking forward to his “next day off” so he can also join. Thank you!

Best lunch takeout in this area of Tempe with a talented master chef. Their menu changes weekly and usually sells out, so place your order early.

Wow! This place is amazing. The pastries are immaculate! The elote croissant was delicious. The Brittany iced with oat milk is the best coffee! Check this place out!

Always happy to stop by Experiment. I like their sandwiches and fresh bread. I just learned a hidden tip: order their bread rolls by the bag, online, ahead of time. Thanks JRB.
