I came to this to-go kiosk for a 16 oz coffee to go. $5.50 before tax, and the coffee tastes no good.
My flight was delayed, so I stoped at this sports bar/ coffee shop. The food was poor quality, no bartender on site (wine served in a beer glass), soggy fries, no coffee available (machine broken and no brewed coffee ready). After a while, they were able to give me an “americano”, undrinkable. $49 later, I left the room. Not recommended.
This place puts on a front with their decor and uniforms. The food is mediocre at best. Service is nearly nonexistent. Definitely not worth it.
Food was quickly delivered, but not hot as breakfast should be. Server nowhere to be found to correct this, until I had to go.
Rude and negligent server: The black haired female server who speaks Spanish (working on 12/30/2023 at evening ~6PM) is nonchalantly rude and negligent towards us. 1. We stood around the “please wait to be seated sign” for 5 minutes. Despite seeing us standing there and exchanging glances, the server ignored us and kept on chatting up the bartender. 2. We were asked to grab our own menu even we were carrying luggage in both of our hands. 3. She never came to us to take our orders even after we signaled her a few times and just kept on with other non urgent tasks (putting chairs on the table for the row that is closed. And this is not even close to closing time for the restaurant). We had to stand up and speak to the bartender who eventually got her to take our order.
There were about 15 open tables. And they wouldn’t seat me unless I committed to buying breakfast. I wanted a cup of coffee and to have a seat. The manager said I could go next door and get a cup of coffee. If you want in you have to buy breakfast. Super rude for someone in the service business.
They opened up in the morning right on time so I could eat breakfast before flying out. I was up all night feeling hasseled and in a daze I left the restaurant without paying my check. I wandered over to the gift shop nearby and one of their workers apparently came after me and found me in the gift shopb b She asked me if I was in the restaurant but I misheard her thinking she asked me if I was in the restroom which I replied no. She then left and I saw the gift shop worker making faces at me.
