Best tamales and great arroz con leche. 3 tamales and a small arroz con leche for only $5 flat! (Original review was in 2018) Now I hear a dozen is $30. They’re out of their minds.
People are right places overpriced. Price's are not posted any of the employees could just change the price. $15 for 1/2 dozens$2.50 a tamale. Will not be back. A lack of meat is all Masa
I gave the tamales another try unfortunately disappointed once again. A dozen costs now $27. I don't mind paying for them, but the tamal is mostly masa, hardly any sauce /meat in them. Extremely dry, not like they used to be. Higher prices with lower quality don't make sense. Miss the good old tamales they used to make.. ....These have been my favorite tamales for a while, but the last couple of time I've purchased some i realized they are no longer the same. Chicken tamales with green salsa were my go to but now they are dry not enough salsa and the level of heat is not what it used to be. Please make them like before! The sauce was the best on those green chicken tamales!
buen servicio buena atmosfera!
Vegetarian options: I think the Best tamales in Chicago and really clean place good service too
