Excellent tacos

THE WORST! Just don't.

We are a group of about 50 that travel the country and set up gatherings at local restaurant/bars. Our representative called ahead and spoke to the manager explaining exactly what we were looking for and they told us on the phone we were welcome to come. We told the entire group where to go and as was allowed, to bring their swap meet items and hang out. When we arrived and began setting up on the patio, the manager on duty, not the same one who took the call, told us to leave. Ok fine. The next day (this was a two day event) we went to Bongiornos on Solano Beach. Where they welcomed us, even bought some swap meet items, and said they had the best and most lucrative day in a long time. The employees were ecstatic for the tips. We know how to drink and eat!!!!! Your loss El Pueblo.

Close to the Hilton. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. Not very expensive, especially the fish tacos (only $2.75 for 2) and they covered the plate. I will go back if I'm in the area.

The service was great even though they were busy. Tacos were great, drinks were great as well. I saw they were serving menudo but it was not in their menu, maybe have that on there (I woulda ordered that instead)

I've been coming to El Pueblo in Del Mar for the last few years. I've been meaning to get better at leaving reviews but life has been busy! I also stop here on my way to and from LA or if I'm ever near the beaches. The fish tacos are some of the best in San Diego! And I love their rice and beans always! Their salsas are so fresh! El Pueblo is fast casual - you order at the front and go sit down it's not your standard table service restaurant which I personally like. It's an elevated Mexican food shop with a FANTASTIC bar. Their cocktails are amazing and their choice in alcohol, wine and beer is top notch. I will be making my way down to their newest location in Carmel Valley. I heard is even more beautiful and eloquent and it's a lot closer to me so I can enjoy the fish tacos weekly rather than twice a month. Thank you guys for always delivering quality food! As an introvert I love the fast casual and I don't feel embarrassed to go up and ask the bar or the counter for anything else that l need.
